The Mercer County Bar Association is a professional association of attorneys and members of the judiciary who live in and/or practice law in Mercer County. The mission of the Association is to serve its members and to aid and instruct the public in matters pertaining to the law, the practice of law and the legal system and to promote the administration of justice in Mercer County, the State of New Jersey and the United States of America.

To maintain the honor and dignity of the profession of law, to promote non-discriminatory practices and social relations among its members and with other lawyers and related professionals, to promote law reforms and to facilitate the due administration of Justice. The Association also promotes the education of its members, other lawyers, and the public.

Kindly make a donation to the Bar Foundation. The Mercer County Bar Foundation is the charitable arm of the Mercer County Bar Association. Over the years, the Foundation has made significant contributions to Central Jersey Legal Services, formerly “Legal Aid” and has also granted scholarships to law students in need. The Foundation assists in funding Community Projects and Young Lawyers Committees on projects for various charitable organizations.
